Manages the expense processing for a specific set of employee groups in an organized, accurate and timely manner using the Concur (CTE) system.  Process expense reports both timely and accurately adhering to the most current travel and expense policy to ensure prompt reimbursement to the employee and cost saving proficiency for the company. Provide timely support to employees to identify and initiate best course of action for hard to solve problems regarding travel, expense and company credit card questions/issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a single point of contact for employees in designated group assignment
  • Review and process reports timely and accurately adhering to policy
  • Analyze and resolve problems by working with various systems/personnel ~ Concur (CTE), AMEX, Travel Agency, Employee, Manager
  • Create and provide monthly reports for managers and ad-hoc reports as needed
  • Provide Concur (CTE) training (live or via WebEx) for all new hires
  • Weekly reconciliation of extracts and bank funding amounts – preparing cross charge invoices if required
  • Weekly file conversion and uplift into Movex
  • Timely management and resolution of Unisys ticket queue
  • Provide back-up as required for other processors while out of office
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

Desired Experience:

  • At least 2 years of expense processing experience, experience with Concur Software preferred
  • Must be at least a Level 2 per description above
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Team and customer oriented
  • Must be detail oriented and very organized
  • Proficiency in accounting principles a must
  • Strong analytical & reconciliation skills
  • Proven problem solving and ability to multi-task
  • Intermediate MS Office (Excel inc. pivot tables, Word, Outlook and Access a plus)
  • Concur (CTE) including Intelligence Reporting preferred

 

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree preferred or High School Diploma, vocational training, or the equivalent with relevant work experience.
